Content Writer & Storyteller

About Me
Returned to Writing & Wired to Think
Hi! I'm Tara, a long-time web developer who's recently taken a leap into the world of content writing. After 10+ years building websites, I realised my favourite part of the process wasn't just the code, it was the storytelling behind the design, the copy that connects, and the way words shape digital experiences.
With a background in web development, I turn complex ideas into content that feels clear, human, and easy to understand. From blog posts to website copy and SEO content, I create stories that connect, engage, and add real value to your business.
My background in development gives me a unique perspective, I speak both "code" and "content," making it easier to bridge the gap between technical ideas and human-friendly language.
When I'm not writing, I'm often lost in a good book or exploring new ideas and inspirations. And I'll admit, I'm a big fan of Audible & Udemy. I'm passionate about blending creativity with clear communication, always aiming to create content that feels genuine and truly connects with readers.
Alongside my writing work, I still take on select website projects. If you need help with your current website content or ideas, feel free to reach out. I'm happy to chat about your website and see how I can help.

Tara's Thoughts
Not long ago, I spent my days buried in lines of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript, building websites, fixing bugs, and solving problems. As a web developer, I loved the logic and the challenge that came with coding. But deep down, I knew something was missing.
When I first heard the buzz about artificial intelligence creeping into creative work, I couldn’t help but feel a twinge of unease. I wasn’t new to tech. Years as a web developer had shown me how quickly things evolve, but writing had become something else for me.
Yes, I care about rankings and reach. I use keywords, study analytics, and get help from AI tools to brainstorm. But at the end of the day, I’m not writing for robots. I’m writing for real people, with real problems, questions, and emotions.
